Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the Sony product in its original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and remote controls are included to avoid restocking fees.

Ship to Service Center

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure you retain the tracking receipt for your records.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
